Our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) stands out as one of the UK’s premier Cat 11 facilities, backed by a comprehensive suite of accreditations, including NSI Gold and BS 8418 and BS 8484, alongside Thatcham Approval for vehicle tracking. Additionally, we provide full Security Operations Centre (SOC) facilities for guarding operations, as well as backup Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) facilities for other commercial operators. Our dedicated 24/7/365 Customer Service Centre is integrated within our ARC operations, ensuring prompt and reliable support.
