"Social Media" is a way for people to communicate and interact online.
This Policy applies to personal data collected in connection with products and services offered by IVP, whether through direct interactions in person, over the telephone or on our websites (“our site”) or from other interactions with us where a link or other references incorporated to this Policy is made, for example, in connection with other websites where IVP products and services are offered.
By using this website and/or by submitting personal data to IVP via any other means, you express your agreement to the processing of your personal data in the manner provided in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use this website or provide IVP with your personal data.
You may choose to give us personal data directly in a variety of situations. For example, you may want to give us your name and contact information to communicate with you, to process an order, to provide you with a subscription or a service, or to do business with us if you are a supplier or a business partner. You may also provide your credit card details to buy something from us or may share a description of your education and work experience in connection with a job opening at IVP for which you wish to be considered. If you tell us that you do not want us to use your information to make further contact with you beyond fulfilling your request, we will respect your wishes.
We may also collect information relating to your use of our sites through the use of various technologies. You do not have to tell us who you are and this data is non-identifiable information normally collected as a standard part of your use of our services. For example, when you visit our sites, we may log certain information that your browser sends us, such as your internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and language, access time, and referring website addresses. We may also collect information about the pages you view within our sites and other actions you take while visiting us. In addition, we may also use such technologies to determine whether you’ve opened an e-mail or clicked on a link contained in an e-mail. Collecting information in this manner allows us to collect statistics about our websites usage and effectiveness and personalize your experience while you are on our websites, as well as tailor our interactions with you. For details regarding the technologies we employ, see “Cookies, Web Beacon and Other Technologies” below.
From time to time, we may also collect information that pertains to you indirectly through other sources, such as list vendors. When we do so, we ask the vendors to confirm that the information was legally acquired by the third party and that we have the right to obtain it from them and use it.
The information that we collect, either directly or indirectly, may be combined to help us improve its overall accuracy and completeness and to help us better tailor our interactions with you.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although We will do Our best to protect your personal data, We cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Site and any transmission is at your own risk. Once We have received your information, We will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
The following paragraphs describe in more detail how IVP may use your personal data.

IVP does not sell, lease or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties unless otherwise stated below:
Consent: We may share your personal data if we have your consent to do so.
Authorized third parties: We may share your personal data with authorized third parties who process personal data for IVP for the purposes described in this Policy. When you visit our site, our server may attach a small text file to your hard drive – a cookie. Cookies help us deliver a better website experience to you. They tell us whether you’ve visited us before or if you are a new visitor and help us identify site features in which you might have the greatest interest. Web cookies can enhance your online experience by saving your preferences while you are visiting a particular part of the site, can eliminate the need for you to enter your password frequently during a visit and what, if anything, you have in your shopping cart if you do not finish a transaction in a single visit. Cookies are also used for website traffic analysis and anonymous demographic profiling so that we may improve our services.
IVP may also use web beacons (also known as “clear gifs” or “pixel tags”) in connection with some websites. However, we do not use them to identify individual users personally. Web beacons are tiny graphics embedded on a website to count visitors to a website, to access certain cookies and/or to help us measure the effectiveness of particular content. We may also include web beacons in marketing email messages or our newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and links contained within clicked on. Again this information is used to improve our services.
We may also employ Web beacons from third parties or our business partners in order to help us compile aggregated statistics regarding the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns or other operations of our sites. We prohibit Web beacons on our sites from being used by third parties to collect or access your personal information.
We may also work with other companies that advertise on IVP sites to place Web beacons on their sites in order to allow us to develop statistics on how often clicking on an advertisement on an IVP site results in a purchase or other action on the advertiser’s site.
IVP or its business partners may, from time to time, send you email or direct mail regarding our products and services. If you do not want to receive such information, simply tell us when you give us your personal data, or follow the directions contained on the mailing to remove your name from our mailing list(s).
On certain types of IVP promotions, we will ask for your email address in order to contact you in the event you have won a prize. When you participate in these types of promotions, you may receive promotion-related email. Occasionally these promotion-related email messages may include targeted advertisements. If you do not wish to receive such advertisements, you can choose not to participate in such promotions or contests.
You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data. You can also exercise the right at any time by contacting us.
Please note that by refusing to provide personal data or by denying or withdrawing consent to use personal data for purposes identified, we may not be able to continue to provide services to you and you may be unable to participate in certain programs or activities sponsored by IVP.
You also have the right to know what personal data we hold about you and the right to review, amend or delete any incomplete, incorrect or outdated personal data by contacting us through the contact points set out below. We take reasonable steps to keep the personal data we possess accurate and up to date and to delete out of date or otherwise incorrect or unnecessary data. However, you are responsible for providing IVP with accurate and complete personal data, and for contacting us if correction of such data is required.
